
1ST YEAR – BEAUTY SPECIALIST COURSE
The Beauty Specialist Course at Helderberg School of Beauty serves as the entry point to achieving a health and skincare qualification, covering all aesthetic aspects of beauty. This intensive two-year program combines practical and theoretical training to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of skin and beauty care therapies.
In the first year, students gain in-depth knowledge of the primary theoretical and practical elements of beauty treatments. All sessions are conducted at the school, and students are required to complete several case studies, a project, and a business plan. Upon successful completion of the second year, students are awarded a diploma.

The course culminates in the ITEC International Beauty Specialist examination, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for the beauty industry.

This is an extension of the first year and completes the Health and Skincare qualification. This
year deals with all the physical and slimming aspects of Beauty
Therapy.
